Victorian Premier Officially Opens New Learning Centre

On Wednesday 14th February, Monterey Secondary College welcomed the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, and Member for Frankston, Paul Edbrooke to officially open our new Administration buildings and VCE & Learning Centres.

After two years of planning and construction, our students moved into the updated buildings this week with state of the art ICT, brand new furnishings and contemporary design that will help students learn to the best of their abilities and encourage collaboration across the curriculum, school and the wider community.

Congratulations to the Monterey Secondary College community on the official opening of their redeveloped school wing! I promised in 2014 that we would fund $4 million to make this building reflect the excellent standard of education at the college and today The Victorian Premier, @danielandrewsmp visited to officially cut the ribbon. When we make commitments to our community, its not just business cases or studies, we get it done. #laborbuildsfrankston #makingthingsfair #food #melbournefood #melbourneeats #frankston #cuisine #sundayfunday #yummy #melbournefoodblog #melbournefoodblogger #visitfrankston #morningtonpeninsula #melbourneeats #breakfastinmelbourne #StandWithTheDolphins #frankstonfaces #visitfrankston #enjoyeverymonent #shoplocal #businessasusual #gettingitdone #gettingonwithit #education #gettingthingsdone #makingthingsfair #educationstate
